What is a Sacred Wave Gong Immersion?

“The sound of the Gong is a Deep Rich Sound that You can Feel “

-Dr. Robert Flewelling

A Sacred Wave Gong Immersion is an experience in which the sacred and psychoacoustic healing sounds of the gongs bathe the participants with sustained waves of sound. A Gong Immersion does not require a specific belief structure or discipline of practice. All one needs to do is to be present, allowing the sound to bathe the body and carry the mind. The sounds of the gongs facilitate the movement of chi, balancing and toning the physical, emotional and spiritual bodies. With their ability to induce a spontaneous meditative space and the quieting of mental chatter, the gongs offer an opportunity for increased vitality, healing, expanded awareness and higher consciousness. The experience will show up in the manner in which it is specifically needed for each person, thus supporting that person’s individual process and healing potential.
We believe that everyone’s healing is their own. Your process is a sacred interaction between Self and Spirit, however you define that. We create a clear and safe space for you to engage in your own process, and consider it an honor to hold that space for you.

The Gong is an ancient sacred instrument. Sacred Wave Gong Immersions uses Paiste and other specially selected gongs in their healing sound immersion experiences. The word “Paiste” means “to shine”. These gongs resonate in harmony with the celestial bodies, elemental energies as well as the spirits of Light. the planetary gongs communicate a distinct aspect of The Music of the Spheres, first documented by Pythagoras and supported by Hans Cousto. Each planetary gong contributes a specific pitch to the total harmonic resonance of the solar system. The gongs provide a gateway to our natural state of connectedness with the physical, emotional and spiritual realms. When the Gong sings, we are connected to the power of the Sound’s healing resonance, symphony and correspondences.
