About us

Sacred Wave Gong Immersions was founded by Christopher Davis, Sound Therapy Practitioner, Bodyworker, CNHP and Carol Damoth, M.A., CNHP, CHTP. Christopher has 25 years of experience in the practice of body work, energy medicine and sound therapy. Carol has 25 years of practice as a psychologist and energy medicine practitioner. Both are Certified Natural Health Professionals. Christopher and Carol see their work with the Gongs as a natural extension of their holistic energy medicine practices as well as music and sound healing facilitation.
Our Gong Immersions are experiences in which the sacred healing sounds of the Gongs bathe the participants with sustained waves of sound. Our Gong Immersions do not require a specific belief structure or discipline of practice. We honor every individual’s personal spiritual paradigm. We hold clear and open space to allow everyone to engage in their own sovereign, physical, emotional and spiritual process.
With the Gong’s ability to facilitate a spontaneous meditative space and the quieting of mental chatter, the Gongs offer an opportunity to experience increased vitality, healing, and a sense of expanded awareness and higher consciousness.
The experience will show up in the manner in which it is specifically needed for each person, thus supporting that person’s individual process and innate healing intelligence.
Carol Damoth, M.A., CNHP, CHTP has 22 years of experience in the practice of clinical psychology. She is also a Certified Natural Health Professional, a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner and CranioSacral Therapist. Carol operates within a holistic health paradigm designed to support personal power, conscious, intentional living, and each individual’s own innate healing potential. Carol is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine.
Christopher Davis, CNHP has been an energy medicine practitioner, massage therapist, bodyworker, and student for over 25 years. He is a Certified Natural Health Professional, Reiki Master/Teacher, massage therapist, bodyworker, and Sound Therapy Practitioner. Christopher believes in every individual’s ability to heal and that their own inner compass, when released from trauma fear, will open their health and lead them in their true direction. He is honored to support this process.
